Trusted Journalist

A lot has happened since I last posted but let us leave it in the past much like my busted computer. I am working on getting a new one as I have a few moments here at work let me just say this about the death of Walter Cronkite. When someone dies the immediate family is sad, yes as it should be. But to hold this man up as a truly great American is an insult to all truly great Americans. This "most trusted man in America" was a friggin disgrace and a joke of a journalist, I'm sorry a "broadcast journalist." This is the man who declared the war in Vietnam as unwinnable after the Tet Offensive in 1968. Typical Washington liberal jerkoff calling the war a lost cause from his bully pulpit. Vietnam Veterans should be outraged with this dick, he should be held in as high regards by you all as Jane Fonda. The troops won the battles of the Tet Offensive and virtually wiped out the Viet Cong. Which was what the communist NVA and leaders wanted; one less faction to deal with after the war you see. But it was easier to go along with the politicians who would not allow us to win that war, so Walter declared it unwinnable and stupid America followed in lockstep with the bullshit the liberal media was putting out. Now I have also read that he waded ashore with the troops on D-Day. Last thing I read was that U.S. troops fought their way ashore on D-Day, those in the rear were afforded the luxury of wading. Doers do, this guy was an armchair quarterback who never achieved anything real in life just sat back and criticized those in the arena, cowering behind his microphone hoping no one would see him for the coward he was, much like all liberals. He tried to classify the war in Iraq with the same unwinnableness but the man in the White House had much more conviction than Walter and far more faith in both God and the troops fighting.

I wish America had seen the signs then of this merging of politics and "journalism" maybe we would not be where we are today; a Congress and a White House full of asshole communists and communist ideals that go all the way to the top. Today we have a media that decided our last two candidates for president both were unworthy of the job but that meant little to a public who just wanted to be a part of something that they were told was historic. It started with Walter Cronkite, this merging of two forces that are sucking the American way of life out of the country as quickly as possible. Farewell Walter Cronkite I wish you Godspeed , my condolences to your family. That being said I do believe America is better off without and would have been a better place if you sold your snake oil somewhere else. Journalists and politicians be warned we, the concerned citizens of America, are going to be watching ever more closely, vigilantly. There will be no more Walter Cronkite's and America will never trust another "journalist" to that degree ever again. Thank God.
