President Obama and the Radical Socialist Agenda

Stanley Kurtz's new book, Radical-in-Chief: Barack Obama and the Untold Story of American Socialism, is a detailed look into the forces that shaped Barack Obama. Kurtz, senior fellow at the Ethics and Public Policy Center, has written a highly detailed and definitive account of the president's conversion as a radical activist; he provides minute and abundant evidence confirming the long-disputed label of "socialist" that has dogged the president since his undergraduate days. Kurtz describes Obama's ideology as "stealth socialism" and called his views "Barack Obama's secret." In the preface of the book, Kurtz writes, "The president has systematically disguised the truth about his socialist convictions, sometimes by directly misrepresenting his past and sometimes by omitting or parceling out damaging information to disguise its real importance."


Kurtz begins his account in 1983, presenting evidence that Barack Obama, then a senior undergraduate at Columbia University, attended several annual sessions of the "Socialist Scholars Conference." Kurtz describes the shift of strategy that took place at that meeting to turn the socialist movement from its goal of "nationalization" to community organizing as the best means of promoting the movement during the Reagan administration. Kurtz details the evidence that Socialist Scholars conferences influenced Obama and refutes the president's claim that his embrace of community organizing was an "impulse." Instead, in Kurtz's fully documented account, the Socialist Scholars conferences provided the future president with a vision for transforming America, as well as a way for black Americans to be the driving force behind that transformation through the efforts of the Midwest Academy, a training institute that Kurtz credits with Obama's political ascendancy.


Many of the "class warfare" themes that dominate President Obama's current rhetoric are rooted in that period of his life -- such as the "haves" v. the "have-nots" and big business v. the poor. Kurtz shows that the influence of Chicago politics on the future president's life began at that time with his involvement with Chicago mayor Harold Washington. President Obama extols Washington -- a politician Kurtz says openly identified with Chicago's socialists and the person Kurtz credits with overthrowing the "centrist Democratic machine" in Chicago -- as his "political idol" and role model, along with Saul Alinsky, for his political life.


It is impossible to overemphasize the importance of Harold Washington and other Chicago radicals in the 1980s in shaping the politics of Barack Obama. Kurtz details the ways that Washington spearheaded the radicalization of the Democratic Party and shifted the party's focus to building coalitions of poor and minority voters. He also shows how groups like ACORN functioned to swell the party ranks and fuel the anti-business and class warfare agendas. Perhaps more importantly, Kurtz traces the influence of friends and associates from that era of Obama's life who are now among his most controversial political advisors and appointees. Kurtz describes them: "Barack Obama's colleagues and mentors were some of the smartest and most influential stealth-socialist community organizers in the country. Their strategies of political realignment and social transformation guide the Obama administration to this day."


Kurtz's research reveals the intricate, though sometimes "stealth," connections between Obama and the "populist" radical coalitions of the 1980s. Those connections included links to Jeremiah Wright's radical activities, as well as the activities of coalitions like the Midwest Academy, the Illinois Project Vote, and the "Public Allies" projects.


More troubling than any of the obvious, open, and/or stealth associations are the instances where Kurtz details the ways that President Obama "distorted" and "obfuscated" the record of his involvement with ACORN and his relationships with his pastor, Jeremiah Wright, and his mentor, Bill Ayers. Kurtz notes that the deceptions include accounts in the president's memoir, Dreams of My Father. These deceptions, according to Kurtz, are dangerous because "we will be irreversibly down the path toward social transformation before we recognize as a nation what's at stake. The strategy of achieving socialism through a series of 'non-reformist reforms,' so popular among American's community organizing elite, is premised on precisely that deception."


The patterns of behavior, distortion, and rhetorical devices that characterize President Obama's rise to political prominence are disturbing on numerous fronts. The "obfuscation" about his past alignments and associations is particularly troubling, as is the evidence that he continues to govern as president under the same ideology that guided his past behavior and associations. If the driving forces behind his past political ideology and associations remain constant -- as Kurtz's account seems to substantiate beyond refutation -- the questions about his strategy for implementing his vision for change are legitimate and crucial for the future of our nation.

With the 2010 election just around the corner, Obama is engaging in a nationwide campaign similar to the one he waged for the presidency in 2008; his get-out-the-vote strategy is targeting the youth, minority, poor, and women's vote. As centrist independents, all varieties of conservatives plus Tea Party voters look at his past through the lens of Kurtz's exhaustive and thorough research, all have far more information about the "transformation" that the president promised in 2008. Through Kurtz's book, the political picture is crystal clear, and the president's purpose is painfully obvious.

What is equally certain from the evidence Kurtz presents is that the prospect for the nation's future depends upon the results of the 2010 and 2012 elections. We cannot, however, wait until 2012 to place checks and balances on the radical policies and purposes of this most ideologically driven of presidents. As Norman Thomas said, "The American people will never knowingly adopt Socialism. But under the name of ‘liberalism' they will adopt every fragment of the Socialist program, until one day America will be a Socialist nation, without knowing how it happened."

Apology Tour Muslim Style

So the Apologizer-in-Chief is in the Middle East this week whining about how bad America is or was before he got in office. Now I can be honest I admit that I am hard on the guy, it is okay I know I am. Some of you sadistic bastards think I have gone soft on him. With this tour though I do believe honestly in the deepest depths of my heart that this fucker truly hates, despises and totally loathes each and every American who cannot help him become ruler of the world. Lets start last year during the campaign that still has not ended we, loyal and non-loyal subjects alike, were not allowed to use his middle name (Hussein like in Saddam) because that would imply an islamic background. Of course if this fact got out We the People would not vote for him because we are all racists. Of course racists like myself pointed this out back then because, why would anyone who has been indoctrinated with the philosophies of the people who want to destroy America want to be President? Well all you morons who voted for this douchebag we are all starting to find out. Plain and simple to end the great American experiment and replace it with the same old tired Marxist-Leninist principles that enslaved half of Eastern Europe and killed those that would not be enslaved. Do not forget that these principles failed, utterly and totally and cost millions of lives but our dear leader thinks this is the way America should be run.

Getting back to the islamic denying, I guess that it was okay to lie to American people, after all he does now give a shit about us anyway. Now that fuckface is over there shitting all over America, yet again, he decided to reaffirm his islamic roots. What better place to appease than in the heart of islamo-fascism and declare his solidarity with them. I know I am not a goat-fucking prophet worshipper and will never ever give a shit how bad their lives are and how their God has forsaken them. Did you lie to these people or did you lie to us about your muslim roots? Hey psychos if your God gave a shit about you you would been living where you are, hell on earth. Life in America is billion times better than any islamic country on earth. Why does this fucking asshole who was elected by fucking morons want to change it? America has done more for the world than all the other countries combined our sons and daughters have fought and died regardless of race or creed of those that needed help. You know what Barack they love you so much there stay there don't come home especially if it is as bad here as you say there is nothing you can do here. Can you do America a favor when you get to France and not apologize to Europe for invading her on D-Day thus beginning the end of Hitler's Nazi-Socialist experiment. I almost made it to the inauguration, but there is just too much bullshit coming from the "office of the president-elect." This guy can't pick what dog to get but he can pick a socialist to fill a bullshit post with a non-existent problem. Let's start with the latter Carol M. Browner. Obama's pick for Global Climate Czar and Clinton's Head of the EPA, seriously this chick is going to get paid for this position. These people cannot predict the weather for next week let alone 20 years from now. Global climate change happens every year four times a year they are called seasons, you friggin morons. The real reason she is there is pretty simple he needs a socialist to make sure he does not stray too far from his true beliefs. Wreck the economy to help push a "one world" agenda. You cannot do this without a U. S. citizenry broke and scared. The Commission for a Sustainable World Society is a subgroup of Socialist International under which the British Labor Party also falls. So you can expect British type taxes on everything you consume, use in everyday life, put in your car, need, want and think about. You will do this and bring this nation closer and closer to being just the same as any other European nation, exactly what the Founding Fathers were trying to avoid. Yes that is what I think he is trying to do and the leftist media will help him and just like the election it will be too late and we will be taking our orders on how to live from the Hague. Great job all you assholes who voted for this guy.

Why do I think this will happen? This no decision making moron cannot even pick out a dog. It is down to two choices at least a labradoodle or a Portuguese water hound.
Here is an idea how about a dalmatian they are black and white and stupid as hell but their owners think they are very smart. The way his appointments are going we just might get Socks the cat or Buddy back in the White House. When this dog does not acclimate to the White House and they have to get rid of him or her will there be a press conference blaming Barney (Bush's dog) for ruining it for him/her? People I use humor here to point out something very seriously wrong with this guy he can make political appointments of people that stand against the principles of this country and gets mad when he is questioned but he cannot make a simple decision on a dog. Why is that? Well a dog is something he has to deal with everyday it affects him directly, the country as a whole however has to deal with his policies he is not directly affected. To him the nation is a "you" problem and he can be flippant about you. The dog is a "me" problem and needs careful consideration. Just the first in four years worth of middle fingers to "you" America.

Keep Your Friends Close, But...

OK for the last week I have been reading. Reading socialist/communist propaganda. Why would you do that you ask? Simple Michael Corleone was correct. Keep your friends close but your enemies closer. What did I read you ask? The Communist Manifesto I only perused it actually and also The Jungle by Upton Sinclair. Both were written before the bolshiveks took over in Russia and the Chi-coms were ruled by Mao.

The Communist Manifesto by Karl Marx set up what is definitely the "fairest" system of government, on paper. Unfortunately for millions of people who have had to live under communism they did not live on paper but in the real world where God gave man free will. Along with free will comes free thought and ego and a realization that we are not all equal. Under communism people at the top were just more equal than others. If communism were allowed to truly be, in its purest form, there would be no war, poverty, sickness, jealously basically all would be perfect. Ok when in human history have we seen this, oh that's right the cavemen. They all had to work together to survive everyone was equal there was no monetary system, to a communist this must have been a perfect time. Let's see how did that work out the Neanderthals were wiped out and it took thousands of years for neighbors to become trusting enough to become city-states.

Now The Jungle is nothing more than the same old bullshit we see spewed from the leftists today. Innocent little lambs come this country and at every turn they are swindled and taken until they have no money. I say they bit off more than they could chew and choked. Then the city (Chicago) swallows the kids some dead some living on the streets. The job runs out after an injury and it is the Corporation's fault. He stepped in a hole. The evil corporation would not do anything to help him even though he was out of work for months. Today it is Big Oil back then it was Big Beef or the Beef Trust. Then the women became prostitutes the lead character becomes a cog in the Chicago political machine. America eats up this whole family and nothing gets better until he joins the socialists now we would call them communists. This book was written as a socialistic manifesto but all people got out of it at the time was outrage over the lack of sanitary conditions in the beef packing industry.

As I read this book I laughed out loud, what else could I do? I realized, very early in this 350 page piece of America hating crap, these leftists have been spewing these same tired cliches about America for over 100 years. We are big and bad and need to be stopped and we are run by heartless corporations. Blah, Blah, Blah. Whether it comes from Upton Sinclair or any of the asshole media douchebags it is the same message and they still have no clue. The last 4-5 chapters tell us how great America would be if it were socialist/communist. Hey assholes people are still coming to this country in droves some are even dying on the way. America is a great place to be, even if only for a few more months. Now understand that your boy Obama comes from the same Chicago democrat machine that Sinclair rails against in this book. But principle means nothing to these people they are democrats after all.
